使用经验证可用于IH（P）的抗I型前胶原抗体（N-末端，克隆M-58）检测I型前胶原。
免疫组化：1：10,000-1：50,000（新鲜冰冻组织切片。）
适用于甲醛/福尔马林固定石蜡切片，建议初始稀释1：100-1：1000，用1%胰蛋白酶处理后，在室温下20分钟。 不染色组织中成熟的胶原纤维。在产生前胶原I的细胞内定位。不建议用于蛋白质印迹。最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
