Recognizes N-CAM expressed on developing and adult neuroectrodermal tissues in Humans. Neuroectodermal tumors also stain including Elioma, ependymoma, neuroblastoma, medulloblastoma, retinoblastoma and teratoma. Oat cell carcinoma and Wilms tumor are also highly reactive. Will react on Natural Killer cells. Recognizes 120, 140 and 180 kDa NCAM isoforms.

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) have been the focus of great interest, as they appear to be involved in numerous important cellular processes. They deliver bioactive macromolecules such as proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids, allowing intercellular communication in multicellular organisms. EVs are

Myo-inositol exerts many cellular functions, which include osmo-protection, membrane functioning, and secondary messaging. Its Na+/myo-inositol co-transporter SLC5A3 is expressed in muscle tissue and further accumulates in myositis. In this study we focused on the peculiar subgroup of sporadic inclusion body

Trophoblast differentiation during early placental development is critical for successful pregnancy and aberrant differentiation causes preeclampsia and early pregnancy loss. During the first trimester, cytotrophoblasts are exposed to low oxygen tension (equivalent to~2%-3% O2) and differentiation proceeds along an extravillous
