Biochem/physiol Actions

针对 E-钙粘着蛋白的抗体适合表征上皮细胞。 E-钙黏着蛋白参与上皮细胞(主要是同型和同型)的粘附。E-钙粘着蛋白还在未成熟的类红细胞上表达。 抗体 67A4 适用于通过流式细胞术研究 E 钙粘蛋白的表达。 另外,它阻断了 E-钙粘蛋白分子的相互作用,因此适合研究 E-钙粘蛋白介导的信号转导。
