General description
Epstein-Bar病毒早期限制性蛋白(Ea-R)由病毒BHFR1基因编码。Ea-R是一种具有蛋白激酶活性的17 kDa蛋白(p17)。Ea-R-p17是抗凋亡癌蛋白bcl-2的功能同源物,bcl-2在潜伏期到裂解复制的转换过程中表达,可能参与EBV感染细胞的增殖。然而,Ea-R-p17似乎不是病毒在体外复制或B细胞转化所必需的。
