General description
果糖-1,6-二磷酸酶1（FBPase 1），也称D-果糖-1,6-二磷酸1-磷酸水解酶1，由FBP1和FBP基因编码，属于FBPase 1类家族。FBPase 1是一种糖异生调节酶，在存在二价阳离子的情况下，可催化果糖1,6-双磷酸形成果糖6-磷酸；因此可作为糖异生中的限速酶。研究表明FBPase 1在葡萄糖感测（glucose sensing ）的调节以及胰腺β细胞的分泌中起一定作用。FBPase 1 可能参与调节肝脏中的甘油糖异生。研究表明FBPase 1是食欲和肥胖的重要调节因子。 营养素过量后肝脏中FBPase 1表达的增加会增加循环的饱腹激素，并减少食欲刺激神经肽。因此，FBPase 1可能是重要靶点，可提供限制体重增加的反馈机制。FBPase 1 主要在胰岛中表达。
观测值〜36 kDa。某些裂解液可能会出现未表征的条带。
