Anti-AXL, clone 7E10 Antibody

Purified recombinant extracellular fragment of human AXL fused with hIgGFc tag expressed in HEK293 cell line.

~67 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Immunocytochemistry Analysis (ICC): A 1:200-1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected AXL in methanol-fixed HEK293 cells transfected with AXL-hIgGFc.

Mouse monoclonal IgG1 ascitic fluid containing 0.03% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in extracellular domain of human AXL.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): A 1:500-2,000 dilution of this antibody detected AXL in the extracellular domain.
