GST-tagged recombinant human Arylsulfatase B N-terminal fragment.

~46 kDa observed. Target bands appear larger than the calculated molecular weights of 56.0 kDa (isoform 1) and 42.3 kDa (isoform 2) due to glycosylation.

Epitope: N-terminal region.

Expected to react with both spliced isoforms of human Arylsulfatase B reported by UniProt (P15848-1 and P15848-2).

Mouse monoclonal IgG2aκ antibody in tissue culture supernatant without preservatives.

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in HepG2 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected Arylsulfatase B in 10 µg of HepG2 cell lysate.
