General description
观测分子量~30 kDa
选择性剪接因子1（ASF-1），也称为SRp30a或SF2，是高度保守的SR蛋白家族的成员，SR蛋白是一组富含丝氨酸/精氨酸的结构域蛋白，在调节和调节中起关键作用前体mRNA的组成性剪接。 SR蛋白家族的特征是在N末端序列中具有一到两个RNA识别基序，在C末端内具有富含丝氨酸/精氨酸二肽重复序列的RS结构域。ASF-1在外显子跳跃中具有抑制作用，以保持剪接准确性并监测选择性剪接。研究表明，ASF-1在胱天蛋白酶-9选择性剪接的调节中起作用，并且是神经酰胺作为同一胱天蛋白酶选择性剪接的介质的关键成分。
