Clone AGP4 specifically detects proteins conjugated with low to high molecular weight methoxy and amino polyethylene glycols (PEGs).

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgM in PBS with 0.04% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by ELISA with amino- and methoxy PEG molecules (10K-PEG, 3K-PEG, and 2K-mPEG).

ELISA Analysis: 5 µg/mL of this antibody detected amino- and methoxy-PEG molecules (10K amino-PEG, 3K-amino PEG, and 2K-methoxy PEG).
