Analysis Note
Evaluated by Western Blotting in mitochondria from neonatal human dermal fibroblasts (HdFn).
Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected ATP synthase protein 8 (ATP8) in mitochondria from neonatal human dermal fibroblasts (HdFn), but not in mitochondria depleted of MtDNA (Rho0) following treatment with ethidium bromide.
