Clone 1G3-1H11-1C3 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically detects human mitochondrial ATPsynthase protein 8 (ATP8).

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG2b in buffer containing 150 mM NaCl, 15 mM HEPES, pH 7.5 with 0.02% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in mitochondria from neonatal human dermal fibroblasts (HdFn).

Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected ATP synthase protein 8 (ATP8) in mitochondria from neonatal human dermal fibroblasts (HdFn), but not in mitochondria depleted of MtDNA (Rho0) following treatment with ethidium bromide.
