General description
Millicell® ERS-2（电阻系统）电阻系统）能够可靠地测量培养基中上皮细胞的膜电位和电阻。该装置用来定性测量细胞单层的健康和定量测量细胞融合。每个电极尖上的银/氯化银（Ag/AgCl）小球用来测量电压。由于电极尺寸很小，因此您可以容易地测量微孔膜上生长的细胞的跨膜电压和电阻。附件包括一副更换（固定）电极、一副可调电极组和一副用于 Millicell-96 孔培养嵌套板的专用电极。
