General description

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with Ag8.653 mouse myeloma cells. Recognizes the ~21 kDa c-K-Ras and v-K-Ras proteins. Also recognizes c-H-Ras and c-N-Ras.
