Physical form
从250 mM NaCl，10 mM磷酸钠，15 mg/ml BSA（pH 7.6）中冻干。
Preparation Note
用1 ml无菌dH₂O复溶冻干偶联物。冻干偶联物应在4°C下复溶，偶尔温和混合至少2小时。复溶后，等分和冷冻(-20°C)。避免溶液反复冻融。
Other Notes
链霉亲和素的直接偶联物可与生物素化钙生物化学单克隆抗体结合使用。在单个系统中，应对偶联物进行滴定以获得最佳结果。
