Protein A Turbo is a recombinantly expressed Protein A-TurboID fusion protein with the capability to bind IgG through the Protein A region, and enzymatically biotinylate proximal proteins non-specifically with the TurboID region.

Biochem/physiol Actions
Protein A strongly binds multiple Immunoglobulin G subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG4), but does not bind IgG3. This probe is not compatible with primary antibodies that are IgG3.

Purified protein in 20 mM HEPES pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 0.5 mM Spermidine, 150 mM imidazole with protease inhibitor cocktail.
