有了Millicell® EZ SLIDE腔室载玻片，可直接在显微镜载玻片上对细胞进行培养、固定和染色。无需拆卸或在不同装置器皿间转移细胞，可直接开始分析。聚丙烯孔耐受大多数固定剂，可在载玻片上培养细胞，并在孔（腔室）中直接进行染色。染色后，只需按下装置上的四个拨片，提起腔室，就能轻松取出显微镜载玻片。这种简便的取用方式降低了细胞损伤风险，也免去特殊拆卸工具的准备。盖子上隆起的四角边缘方便在培养箱中叠放，也可在随附的托盘上培养。

制备说明

  1. 按适宜的实验方案对细胞进行培养、固定和染色。
  2. 取显微镜载玻片时，在平整台面定住Millicell® EZ SLIDE，用拇指按下四个拨片。拿开盖子。定住载玻片，向上提起腔室。将载玻片从支撑架上取下。
