General description
Protein A and immunoaffinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~72 kDa Syk protein phosphorylated on Tyr525/526.
Recognizes the ~72 kDa Syk protein phosphorylated at Tyr525/526 in human Syk or Tyr519/520 in mouse Syk in 293T cells expressing wild-type Syk and CD8.
This PhosphoDetect Anti-Syk (pTyr525/526) Rabbit pAb is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting for the detection of Syk (pTyr525/526).

Tyr525/526 represent the phosphorylation sites in human Syk, while Tyr519/520 are the equivalent phosphorylation sites in mouse Syk. For immunoblotting the membrane should be incubated with antibody diluted in 5% BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween®-20 detergent at 4°C overnight with gentle shaking. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.

In 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM sodium HEPES, 100 µg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol, pH 7.5.
