General description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody adsorbed against non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the immunogen phosphorylation site, followed by immunoaffinity chromatography. Recognizes the ~130 kDa JAK2 protein.
Recognizes the ~130 kDa JAK2 protein phosphorylated at Tyr1007/1008 in LIF-treated 3T3-L1 cells.
This PhosphoDetect Anti-JAK2 (pTyr1007/1008) Rabbit pAb is validated for use in Immunoblotting for the detection of JAK2 (pTyr1007/1008).
