General description
在塑料组织培养板中,细胞只能从顶侧接触培养基,但是在Millicell® 组织培养小室中,细胞可以从顶侧和底侧接触培养基。结果使细胞生长、结构和功能更能模拟体内的情形。
培养小室的法兰设计使其悬浮在培养板孔内部,并且可以接触细胞单层的两侧。三个突起臂(protruding arm)之间的空间有助于培养小室外侧和培养板孔之间的移液。
