General description

Albumin, AGP, and β-2-Microglobulin reflect glomerular integrity and proteinuria. Cystatin C is a marker of filtration efficiency, while NGAL and EGF indicate tubular injury and regeneration. Together, these biomarkers provide a comprehensive view of kidney function and toxicity in rat models.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 6 analytes in rat urine samples.

Analytes Included: α-1-Acid Glycoprotein (AGP), Albumin, β-2-Microglobulin, Cystatin C, EGF, NGAL/Lipocalin-2
Note: Albumin is in a competitive assay format.
