General description

胚状体（EB）形成培养基已经过优化，符合支持胚状体形成的条件。培养基可在无胶培养皿上从悬挂滴或悬浮培养形成EB。该方法已被证实可将小鼠胚胎干细胞分化为神经、脂肪和心肌细胞系。
