General description

Preparation Note

PluriSTEM 人ES/iPS培养基是冷冻提供的，可以在-20°C下储存直至产品标签上的失效日期。 使用前，将PluriSTEM在室温下解冻或在2-8°C下过夜。 请勿在37°C下解冻。 如果需要，可以在无菌条件下将PluriSTEM 分配到工作等分试样中，并储存在-20°C下。 使用标签上注明的有效期内的等分试样。解冻的等分试样可在2 – 8°C下储存长达2周。 解冻后请勿重新冷冻等分试样。 使用前，将工作等分试样加热至室温。 不要在37°C水浴中加热培养基。
