Folate receptors (FRs) are membrane bound surface proteins involved in folic acid uptake. FRs are frequently overexpressed in a large number of solid tumors including cancers of the ovary, breast and lung. FRs are attractive candidates for cancer imaging and targeted therapies.BioTracker NIR Folate Receptor Live Cell Dye is a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probe for the detection of folate receptors in vivo.
