General description

Cytokines and chemokines play crucial roles in the immune response of sheep, mediating communication between immune cells and regulating various physiological processes. These signaling molecules are involved in the development and activation of immune cells, influencing both innate and adaptive immunity. Understanding the specific functions and interactions of cytokines and chemokines in sheep is essential for improving health management and disease resistance in livestock.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 14 analytes in sheep serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.

Analytes included: IFNγ, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 (CXCL8), IL-10, IL-17A, IL-36RA (IL-1F5), IP-10 (CXCL10), MIP-1α (CCL3), MIP-1β (CCL4), TNFα, VEGF-A
