General description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~50 kDa HTT protein.
Recognizes the ~50 kDa HTT protein in U-2 OS and HeLa cells and human salivary gland tissue.
This Anti-HTT Mouse mAb (3F1) is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Paraffin Sections for the detection of HTT.

A recombinant polypeptide corresponding to amino acids 81-191 of human HTT, expressed as a GST fusion protein
