General description
EmbryoMax®L-谷氨酰胺溶液（100倍）,200mM可用于常规小鼠胚胎干细胞培养应用。
Application
EmbryoMax® L-谷氨酰胺溶液（100倍），200mM已作为高糖Dulbecco′修饰Eagle培养基（DMEM）的组分，用于培养人肝星状细胞系和小鼠海马神经元细胞系。它还被用作罗斯威尔公园纪念研究所（RPMI）培养基的补充剂，用于维持小鼠树突状细胞。
