General description

Amicon^® Ultra-0.5离心过滤器可提供快速超滤功能，具有高浓缩系数，易于从稀释和复杂的样品矩阵中回收浓缩物。例如，0.25 mg/ml初始浓度的细胞色素（12.4 kDa）通常截留>95%。

垂直设计和可用滤膜表面积可实现快速样品处理、高样品回收率（通常超过稀释起始溶液的90%）以及30倍浓度。垂直设计可最大限度地减少溶解物极化及随后的滤膜污染，并且过滤装置中的物理停止可防止旋转至干燥及潜在样品损失。收集滤液后，可通过反向旋转快捷操作高效回收浓缩样品（保留品种）。
