Biochem/physiol Actions

腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)可催化腺苷类似物脱氨基,形成相应的肌苷类似物。它在结肠直肠癌中的浓度很高,并且是一种强效的结核性胸膜炎标志物。ADA缺乏会影响T-和B-淋巴细胞,从而引起严重联合免疫缺陷(SCID),最终导致淋巴细胞减少症。

Preparation Note
