General description
鸟苷5′-O-(3-硫代三磷酸)四锂盐(GTP-γ-S)是GTP的不可水解类似物。它是光感受器中磷酸二酯酶的抑制剂。
Application
GTP-γ-S已用于：
- 在G蛋白激活检测中评估蛋白酶激活受体4(PAR4)的功能
- 用于G蛋白α亚基(Gα)的荧光法鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换测定
- 监测磷脂酶Cγ2突变体的Rac家族小鸟苷三磷酸酶（GTP酶）2 (Rac2)刺激活性
Biochem/physiol Actions
鸟苷5′-O-(3-硫代三磷酸)(GTP-γ-S)可激活鸟嘌呤-核苷酸结合蛋白，可通过酶法缓慢水解。它对鸟苷三磷酸酶（GTP酶）的抑制作用强于鸟苷三磷酸(GTP)。
Preparation Note
-15至-25°C环境下干燥储存粉末；pH值约为7。应在-15至-25°C下可稳定保存六个月。
Analysis Note
吸光度: 在水溶液中采用254nm吸光法测定含量。
