GTP-γ-S已用于：
  • 在G蛋白激活检测中评估蛋白酶激活受体4(PAR4)的功能

  • 监测磷脂酶Cγ2突变体的Rac家族小鸟苷三磷酸酶（GTP酶）2 (Rac2)刺激活性

生化/生理作用

鸟苷5′-O-(3-硫代三磷酸)(GTP-γ-S)可激活鸟嘌呤-核苷酸结合蛋白，可通过酶法缓慢水解。它对鸟苷三磷酸酶（GTP酶）的抑制作用强于鸟苷三磷酸(GTP)。

制备说明

-15至-25°C环境下干燥储存粉末；pH值约为7。应在-15至-25°C下可稳定保存六个月。

分析说明

吸光度: 在水溶液中采用254nm吸光法测定含量。
条件：
  • 约10 mg/ml双蒸水。
  • 稀释度：9.8 ml双蒸水 + 0.2 ml样品。
