一般描述

秋水仙胺也被称为地美辛星。它的通用名称是 N-甲基-N-去乙酰秋水仙碱。秋水仙胺可解聚微管并在中期阻断有丝分裂。

应用

秋水仙碱可抑制有丝分裂纺锤体的形成。它可用于增加染色体分析中中期细胞的百分比。

生化/生理作用

通常在核型分析和细胞周期研究中,其可在细胞周期的特定阶段增加有丝分裂细胞的产量。这可以通过多种方式来实现,其中最流行的是使用细胞周期同步剂,例如地美考辛。地美考辛会将细胞停滞于中期,同时对有丝分裂细胞或经同步的G1和S期细胞中的生化事件无明显影响。经常会用地美可辛处理白细胞以阻止中期细胞。
