General description
聚乙二醇(PEG)是一种非离子亲水聚合物,提供不同分子质量版本。它有助于蛋白质结晶,以及蛋白质核酸纯化。PEG和葡聚糖共同组成了水性聚合物两相系统,该系统是生物材料纯化中必须要用的。PEG能和细胞膜反应,因此使得细胞融合。
