General description

纤连蛋白负责细胞与细胞外基质的相互作用。参与细胞的黏附、迁移、生长和分化。是血浆和其他体液的可溶性成分。此外，它也是不溶性细胞外基质的一部分。

Other Notes

仅用于生命科学研究。不可用于诊断。

Physical form

在冻干过滤通过 0.2μm 孔径的膜之前，冷冻干燥物（每 mg 纤连蛋白含有 1.126mg 甘氨酸和 0.058mg 氯化钠）。

Preparation Note

工作浓度： 5μg/cm 2

储存条件（工作液）：-15°C 至-25°C
复溶溶液在-15°C 至-25°C 下稳定。
注意： 将复溶溶液分等份储存于-15 至-25°C 条件下。
避免反复冻融。
分别加入 1 或 5 mL 无菌水，得到最终浓度为 1 mg/mL 的溶液。在 37°C 下孵育 30 至 60 min 以溶解。 不要搅拌。
 复溶后，溶液可能含有少量不溶性聚集物。这些聚集体是纤连蛋白固有的现象，不影响产品性能。
