一般描述
人重组干扰素在酵母中产生，并通过标准色谱技术进行纯化。胰岛素调节血葡萄糖。它可刺激肌肉和脂肪细胞中的葡萄糖的摄入和新陈代谢，还控制各种酶的表达。
保证至少与所示标准相同的比活性（EC<sub>50</sub>）。
应用
胰岛素在各种体细胞中有广泛的活性。重组人胰岛素可用于刺激培养细胞生长和增殖，并用于考察研究用敏感细胞中的胰岛素活性。它还是大多数原代细胞和细胞系的无血清培养基配方成分。
生化/生理作用
人胰岛素对大多数哺乳动物细胞都有活性。
可调节细胞对葡萄糖、氨基酸和脂肪酸的摄取、利用和储存，并抑制糖原、蛋白质和脂肪的分解。
