一般描述
SuRE/Cut缓冲液体系是由5种优化孵育缓冲液组成的10倍浓缩液，适用于DNA限制性酶切消化。已经测定了每种缓冲液中所有限制酶的活性，以选择100%活性或计算双倍消化的活性。
应用
SuRE/Cut™缓冲液H已用于处理EcoRI和XhoI限制性内切酶，用于消化凝胶纯化的反应产物和pMX-IG载体。还用于稀释巴氏黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas badrii)限制性内切酶I(Xba I)，用于消化大肠杆菌菌落基因组DNA和布伦登卢普沙门菌(Salmonella Braenderup)H2812 (ATCC BAA-664)分子量标准。
SuRE/Cut缓冲液H已用于基因组DNA的限制性内切酶XbaI消化。还用于PCR 产物和质粒的EcoRI和XhoI酶切消化。
