制备说明
工作溶液：溶液制备
- 封闭液：将封闭剂瓶（绿色螺旋盖）中的内容物溶于300 ml双蒸水中。
- PBS溶液：将PBS瓶（蓝色螺旋盖）中的内容物溶于300 l双蒸水中。
- 生物素-7-NHS溶液：溶液应在标记前现配。加到包含250μI生物素-7-NHS DMSO溶液的反应样品瓶的内容物中，并将溶液涡旋数次。得到的生物素-7-NHS溶液浓度为20 mg/ml。对于标记混合物，生物素-7-NHS溶液的体积不应超过总反应体积的5％（例如，最多可向1 ml蛋白溶液中加50 μl生物素-7-NHS溶液）。

仅用于生命科学研究。不可用于诊断。
