一般描述
AMV RT在一个或多个位点合成新的cDNA链，而位点由所用引物的类型决定：
- 如使用Oligo-p(dT)15用作引物，则位点在聚(A)mRNA的3′端
- 如使用随机引物p（dN）6，则位点在沿着mRNA模板的非特异性点处，或
