Biochem/physiol Actions
神经氨酸酶可破坏 N -乙酰神经氨酸与相邻糖残基之间的α-酮苷键。
神经氨酸酶在病毒进入前介导宿主细胞中的细胞凋亡。
裂解与Gal,GlcNAc,GalNAc,AcNeu,GlcNeu,寡糖,糖脂或糖蛋白连接的 α2,3-, α2,6-, 或α2,8-末端唾液酸残基。相对裂解速率为α2,3>α2,8=α2,6,在三糖和四糖中的键上测定。
General description
在+37°C下,以N-乙酰神经氨酰-D-乳糖为底物,酶蛋白约100 U/mg,pH值为5.0。
