General description

预混TBE缓冲液（10x，盒装）是Tris-硼酸-EDTA缓冲液(TBE)的10倍浓缩稳定溶液，经0.2 μm 孔径滤膜过滤，抗酶促和非酶促降解。每批产品均经无核酸酶或蛋白酶活性检测，可在室温下简单存放。

Application

预混TBE缓冲液（10x，盒装）已用于制备电泳用9.3 %变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶。
