General description

灵敏度和特异性：采用1μg线性DNA模板，标记反应一般会在1小时内得到20μg新合成的DIG标记RNA。DIG-标记的RNA探针可以在斑点印迹中检测到0.1pg的同源DNA或RNA。可在0.1μg总RNA中检测到稀少的mRNA。
