General description

3-羟基丁酸脱氢酶 (3-HBDH)，从 球形红杆菌中获得 ，通常用于酮体的定量，如 D-3-羟基丁酸和乙酰乙酸。

Application

3-羟基丁酸脱氢酶 (3-HBDH) 选择性氧化 (R)-3-羟基单羧酸，或逆反应。

Biochem/physiol Actions

3-羟基丁酸脱氢酶 (3-HBDH) 是一种线粒体酶，以 NAD 为辅酶，催化 3-羟基丁酸 (3 HB) 可逆氧化为乙酰乙酸。在哺乳动物中，乙酰辅酶 A 在两种途径之一被代谢，生成乙酰乙酸和 D-3-羟基丁酸，与丙酮一起被称为酮体。3-HBDH 可逆性地将该游离乙酰乙酸还原为 D-3-羟基丁酸。在糖尿病酮症酸中毒 (DKA) 患者中，3 HB 和乙酰乙酸的比例可高达 10:1，而正常比例为 1:1。3-HBDH 酶可用于检测尿、血清、血标本中 3 HB 的量。
