Preparation Note
工作液： 取 1 片 ABTS 片剂 (5 mg)，溶于 5 mL ABTS 缓冲液中。该溶液呈浅绿色。在微量滴定板中，其呈无色。 405 nm /1 cm 应＜0.16。尽可能保持清洁。重金属离子或微量过氧化物酶可产生深绿色 ABTS 溶液。此类溶液不适用于该检测。
