工作浓度：约为1 mg/mL（胶原酶：0.1 U/mL，中性蛋白酶：0.8 U/mL
酶活性：
胶原酶：0.1 Wünsch U/mg冻干粉（+ 25 °C，4-苯基-偶氮苄基-氧基羰基-Pro-Leu-Gly-Pro-D-Arg作为底物）
中性蛋白酶：0.8 Wünsch U/mg冻干粉（+ 37 °C，酪蛋白为底物，pH 7.5）
污染蛋白水解活性：<0.1 U/mg 冻干粉 (血红蛋白作为底物)
工作溶液：工作溶液制备 将酶溶于水中，使其终浓度为100mg/mL。用PBS(不含Ca2+/Mg2+)稀释至终浓度为1 mg/mL，并采用无菌0.2 μm 过滤膜过滤。
无菌溶液的酶浓度：胶原酶，0.1 U/mL PBS; 中性蛋白酶®, 0.8 U/mL PBS。
抑制剂：
胶原酶抑制剂：EDTA, EGTA
血清不能抑制胶原酶/中性蛋白酶。
保存条件（工作溶液）：-15 至 -25 °C
复溶的储备溶液在-15至-25 °C下稳定。
注：适当分装保存并避免反复冻融！
复溶于水中（100 mg/mL）后续稀释采用PBS(磷酸缓冲盐)(不含Ca2+/Mg2+)。
