一般描述
碱不稳定的地高辛（DIG）-11-脱氧尿苷三磷酸（dUTP）以1 mM四锂盐溶液形式提供。其中DIG通过碱敏酯键与dUTP进行结合。
应用
碱不稳定的地高辛-11-dUTP可用于非放射性DNA标记，例如随机引发或切口平移。它也是杂交实验中探针标记的首选，该过程需要对膜进行剥离和再标记。
生化/生理作用
地高辛(DIG)-11-脱氧尿苷三磷酸（dUTP）在随机引发的DNA标记反应或在切口翻译中，能够以35％DIG-11-dUTP和65％dTTP的比例替换脱氧胸苷三磷酸（dTTP）。它是DNA聚合酶、Taq DNA聚合酶、末端转移酶和逆转录酶的理想底物。
