General description
FastStart™ 高保真 PCR 系统是FastStart Taq DNA聚合酶和一种耐热校对蛋白（也经过化学修饰）的混合物。该蛋白介导校对活性，但无聚合酶活性。两种蛋白质在+75℃以下都不活跃，加热到+95℃两分钟即可激活。
