General description

Application

己糖激酶/6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶已用于测定血浆葡萄糖水平。

Physical form

用 3.2 M 硫酸铵溶液(pH 值约为 6)混悬。己糖激酶与 G6P-DH 混合制备。HK:G6P-DH的蛋白质含量约为2:1。

在偶联试验中,每μmolD-葡萄糖磷酸化产生1μmolNADH。

体积活性:以葡萄糖和ATP为底物,+ 25℃时产生340u己糖激酶/ml。170 U葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶/ ml(+ 25°C,葡萄糖-6-磷酸为底物)
