结构：重组蛋白G（E.coli，Mr=22000）共价偶联到4%交联琼脂糖珠：2.5mg蛋白质G（>98%纯化）/1ml胶。

应用

亲和层析使用蛋白G琼脂糖，就像蛋白A琼脂糖，是从许多物种中纯化IgG的方法。它可用作
