Preparation Note
KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR预混液(2X)和ROX/莹光染剂（取决于套件配置）内包含的SYBR Green I染料对光敏感。长时间暴露在直射光下会导致荧光信号强度下降。
KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR Master Mix (2X) 经过30个冻融循环后仍稳定。当不使用时，确保所有试剂在-20°C的温度下避光储存。只要不被微生物和/或核酸酶污染，试剂可在4°C的避光环境中至少稳定保持一个星期，并可在这个温度下储存以供短期使用。
