Biochem/physiol Actions

无色孔雀石绿 (LMG) 是孔雀石绿的主要代谢产物,孔雀石绿是一种三苯甲烷染料,在鱼类中广泛用作抗真菌药物。在喂食了白细胞孔雀石绿的大鼠肝脏中观察到的 DNA 加合物几乎没有致突变或致癌作用。LMG 是最常用的推定血测试试剂之一。当血液存在时,呈特有的绿色。LMG 会破坏血液中的 DNA,因此,DNA 恢复和扩增的机会将减少或消除。
