4-（2-氨乙基）苯磺酰氟盐酸盐（AEBSF）是一种不可逆丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。抑制常数与苯甲磺酰氟（PMSF）和二异丙基氟磷酸（DFP）相似。 经证实，AEBSF可抑制胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶、纤溶酶、激肽释放酶和凝血酶。作为PMSF和DFP的替代品，AEBSF具有较低的毒性，并提高了在水中的溶解性和水溶液中的稳定性。AEBSF可用于浓度高达0.25 mM的细胞培养。
