磺胺异恶唑可作为测定以下物质中磺胺异恶唑的标准品：
- 蜂蜜经酸性水解后，采用柱后衍生化和高效液相色谱（HPLC）-荧光检测。
- 通过自动离线固相萃取（SPE）检测医院、城市废水和河水，然后使用超高效液相色谱结合四极杆线性离子阱串联质谱法（UHPLC-QqLIT）进行分析。
- UHPLC串联质谱法（MS/MS）测定动物源性食品。
- 通过SPE和配备飞行时间质谱法（TOF MS）的UPLC对原料奶样品进行检测。
