Sulfosulfuron may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in water samples using solid-phase extraction and ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS).

General description

Sulfosulfuron is a pre- and post-emergence sulfonyl urea herbicide, widely used in controlling grass and broad-leaf weeds in crop production. It is found to be highly effective against O.aegyptiaca.
